    How to find pension plans from previous employers (even if they stopped opperating) and transfer pots to a current provider/NEST pension plan?
    Thanks in advance for the answer

      Only Waheed that I know you can do this is by contacting the previous employer directly. If they have stopped operating than the only place I can imagine you can get an answer is through the pension regulator.

    I worked online for an overseas company and paid overseas. My overseas employer has no relation with uk. Should I pay NI in UK?

      You will need to pay UK tax and NI if you are based in the United Kingdom

    My friend worked part-time and earned about £8,000 from June 2022 to April 2023. According to her payslip, no National Insurance (NI) contributions were taken. Does this mean she was still deemed to have made NIC contributions since she earned over £6,725?

    I have made contribution for 40 years and I have the last 4 years as gap years because I stopped working at 60 for on e year then took a zero hour job and am still working

      I am not getting a full pension I assume because of the gaps but if you have to contribute for 35 years to get a full pension?

    • @UK-Property-Tax-Accountants
      @UK-Property-Tax-Accountants  หลายเดือนก่อน

    Thank you for your useful content. What will happen if I have paid into 35 qualifying years to receive the full state pension, but I haven't reached my retirement age, which is 67?

    The shortfall can come if you’ve been in a contracted out pension scheme. I’m still about 3-4 years short of my full state pension.

    • @UK-Property-Tax-Accountants
      @UK-Property-Tax-Accountants  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      However, you can still make voluntary contributions to catch up on those 3 to 4 years 👍

    As I could not survive on my poor retirement paycheck within the US I have resettled to Russia several years ago looking for cheaper place to retire. However several months ago payments have been stopped. When I requested the Embassy in Warsaw, Poland, which manages the transactions they replied that because Central Bank of Russia has been sanctioned therefore payments became impossible. I know that Russia supplies the US with titanium along with some other materials and of course those shipments have always been paid. It means payments still possible when authorities want it. Moreover each Embassy has cashier desk where I could come getting cash. It is what I proposed in my communications with the Embassy, but they did not reply anymore. Neither Social Security nor Embassy in Moscow wanted to have any business with me. I am to old and weak to resettle again. They also defrauded me on three Economic Impact Payments that I was illegible for. I wrote to Biden in White House with no result of course. This is how the US government treats its own citizens. I can only go to the street begging in a foreign country. Judge yourself. The US is a country of fraudsters. Watch out the US. They are fraudsters.
