To address my hair fall thing, I began doing 20-30 minutes of meditation daily and switched to littlllextra cocooniion shampoo and applied the cococoonion hair oil. But within in 4 months, I had to deal with hairloss and now scalp started to look clear. I understand helmet is for safety reason, but it also cause hairloss, it's a bitter fact.

How to know if its hair loss or hair shedding?
Pattern Hair loss is marked with hair shaft thinning , mostly. Hair shedding cyclic and ofer long hair are seen over pillow.
