One question from a person not living in the US: Why is there such a term like "Black owned"? Do people actually care about the race of the owners? And if yes, are there also "Asian/Latin/White owned" stores?
They do when it involves a people that have historically been subjugated and only fairly recently (last 60 years) saw legal freedom and are still fighting for equity and equality despite massive gains in the social climate. When a people were used as a primary source of slave labor for hundreds of years, their successes in the country that enslaved them matter a lot more to people who care.
That’s the reason but honestly it shouldn’t matter. All people care about is if the food is good or not. The majority of people who dislike “black owned restaurants” are black people themselves if they don’t cook good food.

Tf does it look like he’s reviewing; Sports Gear?? 💀💀 dumbazzzz.
I'm liking your reviews. It just confirms what I've been thinking every since I got back. (ten years ) The food here is not what it used to be. In St. Louis the major original fast foods were White castles, Chinese food (the Chop Suey), and barbecue. Even at the Chinese joints the food is hit and miss BUT you can still get some good St. Louis Chinese food here. The barbecue is a disaster. St.Louis Chinese food is NOT like Chinatown Chinese food. Put some peas or carrots into St. Louis fried rice you will get laughed at and the rice better not be anything but brown.
Holdup my g. You said a deep fried omelet. I’m from California. Never heard of such a thing. That sounds fire!
Egg foo young is usually deep fried in a wok with fresh oil. Fryer oil will impart too many flavors into eggs
