Part of the reason why this video exists is because I've seen many claim the Traveler can be Akivili, the Aeon of Trailblaze. The amount of lore and power scaling one has to ignore to even come to such a conclusion is simply baffling.
As such, this video now exists to explain difference between an Aeon and an Archon.
And also why it is simply impossible for the Traveler (assuming they are an Aeon, or even an Emanator) to be sealed and defeated by a god of Teyvat.

*Aeons in a nutshell:*
Qlipoth's gargantuan size is enough to smash multiple planets with it's hammer, Fuli's arrival is enough to crystalize nearby planets in it's vicinity, Lan the weakest Aeon so far was able to wipe out a massive Borisin fleet that is attacking the Xianzhou with a single shot from it's bow, Aha casually blows up a planet to get a reaction from Akivili, but of course the most terrifying Aeon for me is Tazzyronth, it's offsprings can multiply so fast that it can overtake planets. One famous example of Tazzyronth's Swarm being scary, is the fall of the Glamoth Empire, it was almost overran by the Swarm, they were able to stop the countless waves of insects with the creation of the Molten knight. Though dangerous, Tazzyronth's story ess a tragic one, a lone insect who wanted company so much it became an Aeon.

@@oldsoulbiz3526Ahh yes Oroboros casually having a buffet with millions of the swarm insects and IX basically ignoring every Aeon possible, then we got Idrilla, Long and Akivili dying or disappearing from unknown reasons, then we got Terminus, Mythus and HooH who are basically pulling the strings then there's Yaoshi and Xipe who are being hot but creepy and lastly we got Nanook who is a daddy material without limbs but still got Rizz to ensnare female players
Considering Doomsday Beasts are planet destroyers, it's safe to say the emanators of Nanook (Lord Ravagers) are at least solar system or even galactic threats
@@laurentiuslancaster1657 Lord Ravager Zephyro appeared in the Tia'nua galaxy and that galaxy was later reported to be completely destroyed. He also have a recorded transgression where he ignited a sun to scorch all of the system's planets.
Another Lord Ravager was reported to have devoured a third of a large star cluster, too.
And such is the feats of the "destroyers", the life bringers, too, have no less inferior feats. Like Emanator of Abundance Shuhu can revitalise a whole living planet. Or the Wingweavers' Dyson Tree that can gather energy from multiple stars (if you're aware of the Dyson's Sphere concept, you'll know how impressive such a construct is)
The fact that Borderstar Trade War and Anti-Organic War are said to be as scariest as Swarm Disaster era make me fear what type of war era Herta & friends going to bring up in the next SIMU update

Not to mention that Archons are so last season, what, with them not even being the most powerful beings in Teyvat. That goes to the Seven Dragon Kings/Sovereigns, the Primordial One and its Four Shades (and Celestia), the Sustainer (also Celestia), and very possibly Skirk and her master.
The mere FACT that the Archons are outright scared shitless of Celestia proves that the former are not the most powerful in Teyvat, and that they're nothing more than unwilling puppets to a higher power.
Hell, Celestia literally FORCED every "god" (that term means nothing to me since it just means that that being is more "special" than the rest in Teyvat. There is literally nothing "godly" about them. If someone is stronger than that "god", then does that make them a god too?) in Teyvat to fight one another to the death just to see who comes out on top in each region and "reward" the winners the powers of an Archon while making them their puppets to use as they please, whether the newly minted Archons like it or not.
Basically, Archons are the WORMS inside of the dirt from DBZ Abridged Popo's pecking order explanation.

Nous is a super intergalactic computer AI thing that aims to know every questions and answer. Teyvat still haven’t figured out toilets yet. Their archons probably shits behind a bush.
Archons are a bit similar to Emanator of Aeons. They’re individual who’ve been granted permission to have a tiny fraction of their Aeon’s power. Emanator alone could solo the Genshin verse.

One is a high-fantasy world and another is a sci-fi galactic society. Although the scale is different(and this is the main point of this video), the positions in their own lore would likely the same, because a planet in a sci-fi galaxy would be treated as same as a nation in a fantasy would be, especially in the lore category.
I think that is what makes people confuse about them, because their “positions in its own lore” looks the same, but the two world-buildings are on the completely different scale.
That's kinda the problem though: Archons, last I recall, are not even the strongest in their own world. The unknown god and Celestia prove that already. So to compare them like that at all is pretty weird.

I just want to point out that they are technically in the same universe, along with Honkai Impact 3rd.
It's already been connected that the 3 are on the same world tree holding the universe together in the Sea of Quanta.
So while scale definitely is a factor in comparing the two (an Aeon's magnitude is just too much for what simple gods can achieve even if they have the Archon title..) it doesn't really matter as much that one is "high-fantasy or sci-fi" in this case. The lore of both games is all apart of the same cannon of the Hoyoverse. Teyvat is one bubble world/leaf. We would just have to hope that no Aeon even gets a whiff of Teyvat lest it be destroyed lol
The mere existance of IX would wipe the entirety of the world in Genshin
The best way to understand the scale of power of an Aeon is to think of your Equilibrium level.
In Genshin you have World Level which can be increased when you hit Adventure Rank thresholds.
In Star Rail you have something similar: Trailblaze Levels and Equilibrium level.
Both of these function the same way but there is a key difference: In Genshin, World Level is not really acknowledged canonically. It is treated purely as a game mechanics.
While in Star Rail, they (followers of the Aeon of Equilibrium) canonically mention that if you pass their test, their Aeon will raise the world level.
Just think about this for a second: An Aeon (HooH in this case) has the ability to RE-WRITE REALITY and increase the levels of enemies and the rewards you get in order to set things equal (the canonical explanation is that you get too strong so HooH makes the enemies stronger).
I hope I don't have to explain why reality manipulation on a universal scale is so much broken than whatever Archons can do.
I never even thought about comparing Archons to Aeons... like its not the same tier at all.
If you really want to compare Genshin with Star Rail then I guess you could think like this:
Aeons = Celestia/Heavenly Principle : A higher being that is influencing the world at its core but does not appear directly and physically (until the end game)
Emanators = Archons : Beings chosen by Aeons to be their agents. They receive the blessing and a fraction of the power of an Aeon to be significantly stronger than others.
In my opinion and Archon is closer to an Emanator. However it is still not the same, as we know that Emanators are at least "planet destroyer" level in terms of power.
And so far we haven't seen anyone being capable of destroying the planet that Teyvat is located on. Therefore you can think of Archons as "Budget Emanators" and the world of Star Rail as a world with 18 Celestias, each with their own set of "Archons".

Talking about Aha and Akivili the ones closest to ressemble a human, if I remember correctly, there a text in game saying that Nous also took an human form to approach someone that was doing a speech on a lot of people. This someone noticed Nous and feel suddently transcended. I don't remember what's next but he was the only one that noticed Nous !

I think the scaling in Hoyoverse is something like:
Outer Gods (Ggz) > Aeons > True Herrschers >= Emanators > Herrschers > Archons
But some may actually be stronger than those above them and Ggz is just at a higher scale than any other game.

The first boss we meet in hsr legit is stated to be a planet buster who follows the path of destruction... if thats a mere entity that serves under nanook capable of destroying likely all of teyvat then a single aeon would be overkill.

I’m not very good at GGZ, so I can only say about hi3rd. Aeons > Herrschers. There’s no need to even argue here, aeons are outside of one specific world, and herrschers exist only in one world and often lose to people. In honkai impact everything will be worse than aeons, and sometimes even emanators.

He probably won't be able to. It is essentially impossible to locate hg2 relative to the other two and requires extrapolation of facts, and these extrapolations can be done in very different ways. To understand the extent of the problem, the only full-fledged canonical connection between their settings is the words of the developers.
Comparing Hi3 and HSR is easier, but still a little problematic due to the weak disclosure of HSR powers. The most likely hierarchy is Aeons >= Cocoon > Emanators > Strong herrshers > strong HSR mortals and weak emanators > irrelevant garbage. For clarification: the Cocoon simultaneously influenced only one planet and spread its roots across the solar system, which is approximately equal to a strong emanator and much lower than Aeons, while it influenced infinite parallel timelines of this planet, which is effectively infinitely more than anything in the HSR, with In this case, Aeons have a decent chance of a similar ability, but this is not shown in any way in the game. So purely in terms of screen achievements, Cocoon is infinity times stronger, but with a moderate extrapolation of metaphysics it is much weaker than eons. Emanators and Hershers have a similar problem - emanators are much stronger, but have not shown any significant abilities and can do little against, for example, Sirin's imaginary shield, which will simply make their attacks unreal. At the same time, extrapolating from the metaphysics of the setting, they should have more impressive abilities than the Hercherrs and easily defeat them. This may all change once the powers of the HSR characters are better explained.

I have a suggestion for video topic that is more on theory side but could you do a video analyze the true meaning of each path coz from what i read and understand, path name can be misleading and only surface of what the path truly is

- Many people only think of Destruction and Nanook on a very surface level of destroying for the sake of destroying thing but in reality that is not true.
- In databank intro about Nanook reveal that his goal is to destroy the old, purge the filth, the corruption of the old world so a new better one could rise from the remnant of the old world.
=> Nanook Destruction also contain the idea of rebirth and it destruction carry with it a goal as rebirth and destruction r 2 side of the same coin
- my thought process back up by 2 thing:
+ Nanook ascend to Aeonhood thanks to the Swarm Disaster and GnG, when many thing got destroy but at same time many civilization was born or rebuild from it
+ Annihilation gang also worship Nanook but Nanook don't even look at them and disapprove what they doing a lot coz annihilation gang only destroying thing with no goal or destroying in none meaningful way
=> While i did said the path name can be misleading but it more like the name only give surface level of what the path truly mean.

- Destruction is for rebirth
- Preservation is about survival
- Abundance true nature is undead
- Remembrance is all about recording
- Elation i think might be about enlightenment
- Harmony might be Assimilation
- Hunt might be about the cycle of life
- Erudition true idea is not about knowledge but it about "asking question", seeking the knowledge
- Order true nature is control

What makes you think that eminators are galaxy level we’ve seen 1 of them use their power before? And an eminators power is completely dependent on how much power the Aeon they follow wants to give them. Also only the strongest aeons like finality and destruction should be around Universal we don’t know for sure about the rest of them. I’ve seen several people say this in the last few weeks and I always wonder how they’ve come to this conclusion. I really just want to know why you all of the things you said.
@@m0bb-_-One of the express radio conversation talked about a galaxy that has "ceased to be" not long after Lord Ravager Zephyro (emanator of destruction) was seen there. Skarabaz or whatever the big blue swarm is (emanator of propagation), not the clone Ruan Mei made, used to "harvest planets" to give birth to more offspring, based on the item drop description. You get the idea

I don’t know too much about Gnosticism, but from what I recall, Archons are said to preside over the physical world where Aeons are the beings that make worlds? Sophia, the Demiurge, and all that. Someone with more knowledge will have to fact check me.
To look at things from a more literary standpoint, the Archons represent Ideals: Freedom, Contracts, etc. They preside over the world below. Whereas Aeons are the embodiment of a Concept: The Destruction, The Preservation, etc. They drive the movements of the cosmos, the world above.
I feel like the reason you made this video is because a lot of people are asking which one is stronger haha, but it's a great a video nonetheless 🎉
And as of now (prior to ZZZ release) Genshin probably has the lowest power scaling from the Hoyoverse (well unless you include Tears of Themis and FlyMe2TheMoon, but they're not really a combat game so i won't include them here).
Nah, I feel like it has something to do with THAT one particular TikTok video where the creator decided to just make a battle between 7 archons VS 4 aeons (Nanook, Yaoshi, Lan, Xipe). And surprisingly, half of the comment section actually think archons are able to beat the aeons 💀

Aeons can directly use their follower/worshiper/or simply someonw who is on their path by gazing upon them and making them an emanator; someone who can directly use/borrow the power of the Aeon of their path. Each Aeon can seem to have as many emanator as they want.
So far we have witnessed a few emanators in the trailblazer's journey: Phantylia, Herta, Black Swan, and 2 we can assume to be enamators are Sunday and Acheron. (It is theorized Trailblazer is also an emanator, but one that can follow multiple paths, which is supposed to be... impossible, since lots of paths contradict the other paths: preservation and destruction).
We know of more through the story line, but they have not directly shown themselves in the game or they are already dead.
Even the Aeon that has supposedly have died can have followers, such as Akivili and Adrila.
This is such a ine sided match
But i want the archons to fight any if the xianzhou legends like (IL, jing yuan, jing lui, and blade)
Jingliu or blade could probably destroy all 7 archons alone, one through sheer power and the other through attrition(blade has destroyed many many IPC ships, possibly the size of Hertas station alone in his pursuit of Dan Heng, and jingliu surpasses that by far)
Zhongli or Raiden could possibly overpower the other Xianzhou Legends though

If we added lore in honkai Impact and also GGZ. Aeons are like Outer gods.
Herrschers are either the same level as Archon or Same level as eminators. Or even strongers in some cases.
Then the Will of honkai is probably similar to Aeons.
Archons are weaker than Herrschers while Emanators can have a lower bound weaker than Herrschers or a higher bound(especially those of Destruction) far eclipsing all Herrschers except maybe Finality or Origin, maybe Rebirth considering it's similarity to Abundance

But, for ggz herrschers & valkryie no debate, almost all of them are stronger than the aeon, even a honkai beast could easily destroy a moon surface and HoTE
Outside of Finality, who is essentially just the physical embodiment of Honkai in the world, most herrschers would be solidly in the emanator range of power, if not higher. It's not as noticeable most of the time, due to their generally limited scale of use, but a herrschers baseline capability is to warp physics to their whim. It's not seen often, due to the combined facts that honkai is actually relatively sparse in the world until Finality comes, and the fact that most modern herrschers actively just don't want to destroy the world at large.
But yeah, their powers literally disregard physics. It's just how they work.
Dragon Sovereign, Shades, and Primordial One are probably the only teyvat's godly beings that can be comparable to Herrchers in terms of law-bending power.
Gods that were created by Primordial One could hardly reach them.

Yeah, it's hard to believe. Most people who even debate this at all haven't played anything Honkai related. I don't even understand how anyone comes to that conclusion at all. At the beginning of HSR, we defeat a Dragon who is a planet destroyer. Meanwhile, the biggest feat in Genshin is the PO terriforming a continent alongside his 4 shades. The Archons are island level max, and the dragons are country to continental at best. The highest I see Genshin ever getting to is moon level by the end of the game. The fact that the people of Khanrieh were such a threat that Celestia had to nuke their nation says it all. Meanwhile, Aha blew up a planet for fun, and Lan destroys planets with his arrows. And they aren't even the strongest Aeons. 😂

Perhaps the Primordial One who was able to fight 8 Dragon Sovereigns and terraformed all of Teyvat is on a similar level, but any other being below him I doubt.

Aeons exist in part of the Imaginary Tree, while the Honkai governs all of it alongside Finality. Aeons aren't capable of transcending all dimensions like Finality can, and they lack the same level of authority of the Imaginary Tree as a whole.

It's still hard to deduce what powers an Emanator can hold. So far we only have seen Herta, Phantylia, and Acheron. None of them openly displayed their true powers.
OK, maybe Phantylia a bit where she was able to control people from behind the scenes. But that seems to me more of her heliobus powers since controlling people isn't really a true display of Destruction, and we have no idea how powerful Emanators can really be. I have a feeling we'll find out soon with Acheron.

The only reason I’d see for an aeon not winning would be that fighting the archon doesn’t align with their path. Qlipoth had to be convinced in some way to intervene during the swarm disaster, so it’s unlikely that an archon would show up on the radar of most aeons

Tbh, I would enlarge the gap of Pathstriders to be even less powerful than Vision holders. We have, for example, Asta who is a follower of Nous, and probably Qlipoth because of her family, and she isn't really powerful. Like, a lot of the playable characters are actually pretty weak in canon (QQ, Hook, Bronya, Luka, Serval, etc.). But we also have very powerful Pathstriders like Kafka who can control sentient beings, Black Swan who can do more than what has been shown to us, etc.
That would be a fun video if you decided to do it. The canonical power scaling of characters.
Path striders power differs actually, some of them are literally just normal people, but we also have welt with the star of eden, himeko with her orbital Canon, and the doomsday beast that could destroy a planet.

The video talks about different translations in Honkai games, and of of it is about universe. The universe in HSR is referring to the Imaginary Tree. In HSR lore, The Swarm was affecting the universe (Imaginary Tree), and there's Aha climbing Imaginary Tree.
