Yooo I live in this neighbourhood and a close family friend used to live in this house! I checked out the open house with my own eyes and it looks soooo different. I miss my moms friend watching me when I was younger in that house, and I miss them living there, but I’ve made friends with the new occupants of the house and I love all the renovations that have been done! Why do they put the microwave up high? Its unsafe. Try lifting a hot dish down from above shoulder height. Down right dangerous for those of us under 5ft. 6in. tall.
Millions of homes have microwaves in this position. It's no problem for us. But then again, I'm 5'8" and the men in our family are 6'2". We are redoing our kitchen and I notice a lot people putting them in cabinets below counter. For taller people that's not the best position. I do see your point though. It would also be easier for kids.
Above cooker stove also doesn't seem to be very sensible.

nice house, but I will add more tall windows at the kitchen and bedrooms. And why toilet right next to the shower cabinet, there are should be in a separate room. Plus too close to the next houses.... Other than that everything is perfect.
