Hi Kevin. Great video. Thank you!
If I file my taxes late (after 10/15 of following year) how quickly will covered CA stop their supplement payments. Is there a grace period beyond Oct 15th?
    Thanks again!

To my knowledge, CC only checks tax filing status once a year during open enrollment. IF, you have not filed or CC cannot determine you have filed your taxes for the previous year, that is when the subsidies are turned off for the next plan year. There is a tax filing attestation section on your CC account. You can attest that you have filed or intend to file, under penalty of perjury, that will allow the subsidies to be applied for the next plan year.
