Exit, it'd be great if you do a lil interview guideline and topics you are going to touch on, it allows you to dig deeper conversationally and pick your guests mind.. as of now you jump from topic to topic without really touching on it, for example how you maneuvered from women to politics into top 5 in a space of 5 minutes without really allowing your guest to get into context and speak on it. also give enough time to your guests to express and fully answer your questions.. otherwise great initiative OG
