I think more has to be done in the industry in terms of coaching so that our artists can know how to contact interviews. It's very important, they do it in football so it has to be introduced in music as well. One interview can change your career, just on how you address yourself. Exit, your questions are dope but sometimes our guests do not answer the direct questions. It's really a good thing you doing man. Bravo 💯👏🏽

I have been following the Sofa from the first episode equally so, I have been a follower of your music from Okastyle to date. I am sensing that you looking forward to commercialise this show through playing adverts and so on which seem to be a brilliant idea. My advise to the team is that; Do proper selection of your guests or alternatively, start doing a pre-recording so you get a chance to edit. With all honesty, you post relevant questions to the guests but it seems like they are not always ready for them. You ask about depression and they mostly jump in with self-promotion and this really defeating the purpose of the show. Ensure that the invited guests of the day are sober since it doesnt seem to be the case with some of them. #Danko.

This is awesome, can you also put it in Oshiwambo so that our brothers and sisters in security companies and in construction companies can pick up something in it. It's evident that most of them are going through depression and most of them they don't understand English. A delayed salary can be one of the factors, landlord problems, relationships and debts. We are not undermining people but I have seen this...Go deep and give suggestions apart from speaking to someone close to us. Educate somebody out there...💯
How Exit keeps the flow of every session going amazes me. Don Kamati is the type we need on platforms like this. Tulisan got even Exit irritated with his antics on the sofa. Nduuva is the future. I rest my case.

I can relate to this I’m actually going through the same mental challenge I lost my only daughter this month on the 3rd and Im asking myself questions why I have to lose the most important person to me and no one really understand what I’m going through right now I can’t sleep at night or during the day and the only time I sleep is when I’m behind the wheel
I am watching this episode rn and someone texted me they have been stressed and would like to START drinking alcohol, as medicine to it. The best advice I gave is that alcohol will ruin her future and it will be hard to come out of it (quit). What more can I tell her please? 🙏
