Hey Kyle do you think it be possible to make a lat pullover attachment for the power rack just like the old lat pullover machine but as an attachment plate loaded, maybe you could give that a shot cause it be great. Thanks Mr. Kaiser
I definitely think it is possible. I’ll add it to my list. I haven’t been building lately because I don’t have all my tools moved over to my new house yet.
So I have a important question. I bought bunch of golds gym plates and I know now that I can get metal fillers for my plates that need the weight. But how do I shave off the lbs from a plate such as 48lbs? I tried getting a zirconia sander and it does not work :/
I can’t wait to see the plates in person! I’m hoping you’ll do an update in a year so we can see how they’re holding up. Some tests can’t be rushed.

It might be easier to add weight to get the other 45 up to 48. Something like this would help: microgainz.com/collections/vintage-gainz
