Welcome back to the MK1 Audi TT build series.
It's time to modify this thing!!!
This is Kenny's Mk1 Audi TT 225 BAM. Since owning it he has done nothing but repair, but now it's time to start the fun and modify it.
As the old saying goes; "If you're going to replace, upgrade!" so when Kenny discovered the turbo intake pipe (or TIP as it is known in the VAG world) on the TT was severely damaged (& leaking boost!) he went straight online and ordered the Badger 5 intake pipe kit. The kit came highly recommended on the owner's club, so the decision seemed like a no brainer.

I had a TT225. I put a Honda s2000 cone filter on. Sounded amazing and was a lot cheaper than most aftermarket filters.

I fitted a B5 TIP a couple year ago to my 225 with the original air box initially and didn’t have to trim at all. Was a squeeze to get the air box down into its gap but worked. I now have a ramair induction kit and again. Fits fine. No trimming was needed

Just as a side note , next time your under the car check the earth cable from the haldex to boot floor is still intact otherwise no Quattro 😫✌️
Thanks. We have replaced the earth strap but still no joy. I have bought a new controller so fingers crossed 🤞
When i took my one off my cupra r it was just a bad and thes pipe will mack more bhp for u it did on my car with out a tune.
