    Cebu lechon is very nice, but people should also try the lightly-heralded Iligan lechon which I say is equally good, maybe even better than some of Cebu's.

      @@akosicarlos8914 lami kaau Ang Lechon dha sa iLigan katung organic pa ang gipakaon sa baboy.. karun kay grabe na katambok ang litson sa Iligan.. didto sa Timoga daghan baligya, kaon litson ug beer then babad na dayun sa bugnaw nga tubig 🙂❤️

    We order lechon here in california ,the way cook it like cebu lechon we have a lot of Filipino cook cooking lechon here but so expensive you know

    Lechon is a Pinoy dish so eating it without rice and achara or sauce, for instance, does not produce a rounded taste - the rice, the sauce or achara each have a taste that contribute to the overall taste of the lechon...you did eat it with rice as in the initial tasting but you were not consistent althroughout which was not fair to the other participants...your taste-testing therefore lacks credibility. I notice, too, that you are not well-versed with Pinoy dishes. Saying the hinumba is a "bit sweet" is the give away. That dish is supposed to be sweet...perhaps it was syntactic lapse on your part which gave that meaning and which you may wish to argue. However, I am not in the mood to argue
