- An East Point mother is in shambles after she says her 9-year-old son, King Black, was shot and killed just minutes after going outside to play. She said they had spent the whole day together, and the next thing she knew, he was dead.

Well Americans def dont believe that nonsense, considering how many of you praise the USA military, and think its fine for people who barely sentient should all have massive amounts of guns. This is completely heartbreaking. I'm 55 years old and when I was 9 going outside to play was EVERYTHING!!! We never had to worry about things like this. It's so sad and frustrating that children can't even be children anymore. Praying for Strength, Comfort, and Justice for this family.

I was just telling my nephew about playing outside until the lights come on and then we'd go in. I also told my nephew I didn't know why it seems like kids don't play outside as much as they used to. I think I know why now

Me too, in the 80s we couldn't go anywhere without my mom. And I did the same with my kids. At first, I hated it and didn't understand until I became an adult and heard some of my peer's stories.

They're grown now but when my daughters were young, I took a lot of heat for being over protective. They couldn't even go outside and play without me outside watching🤷🏿. Like I said, their grown now so mission accomplished.
