On the video, and i think this is just a recent one, the beachfront cottage costs 3,600,, now it is 4,000. And the price of the deluxe cottage 2nd row in the video is 2,800.,, now it is 3,500. That's kinda a big increase in price. Just an fyi. But overall,, i think it's worth it.
With all the negative press on borakay and panglao what is your take on bantayan, is the sea water polluted by direct dumping of sewage from the resorts or are they better behaved in terms of sustainable clean development
Bantayan is less commercialise than Boracay, less resorts and people. If stuff like that is happening in Boracay its probably happening elsewhere as well. If it is happening, it certainly isn't noticeable.

No one can tell if it's going to be windy on those dates. Monsoon winds come on the side of Anika during that time. If the winds are strong on a day, you'll feel it more on that side. Since making my video on Anika they have a swimming pool now. You can have a look at that video to give you ideas. Better to make the choice on what suites you best rather on what the weather may or may not be.
Is this the best place to stay at during end of September? we're planning to go here this September. Is this the calmest part of the shore? We are choosing between Kota, Hoyohoy and Anika. Your thoughts please? Thank you!
Well it is the rainy season, so it may not look so quite as beautiful. You may get some things cheaper as it's low season so negotiate. Visit Virgin Island and Paradise Beach. Have an amazing time!
I've been there. I will be back next month....the whole island sucks don't go!!! Hahahahahah sarcasm...you can stay in a cheaper or more expensive place on the island it's up to you...it's a beautiful place...idyllic..my wife was born there...the food and restaurants are great...inexpensive..I never got sick or the shits...no thievery...people were very nice..some pushy vendors...beautiful women...can't wait till next month..spending a week there
Yeah it's my fav island in Cebu. I'm planning to go back early next year. I will have to look out for some of those beautiful women you mentioned! I was just talking to this staff member at the Bai Hotel in Cebu City, she was real beautiful and she said she was from Sta. Fe in Bantayan. Enjoy your trip. Cheers, Rob

Hopefully you will get some good weather and it will be fine. If there's a low pressure system, doesn't matter where you are.
