@natgal Filmation He-Man is a TOY. He was created in a TV cartoon that was the most awful POS cartoon ever put on TV. There was not a single good story on that show, ever. And no good action, ever. There was nothing about it that was good. Ot was just a 30 minute commercial for toys.
Well... I think 2012 Shredder is the best. He is not a killer of millions but at least he had some sort of drama. He changed during the story and in the end he turned into a demon. Also he had more realationships with Splinter, Karai and turtles. He was badass and brutal. For exmple: in his first meet with turtles he came alone, he fought vs Splinter and Leatherhead alone and defeated them. And... to be honest... he wasn't such a loser as previous versions.

Yo turtles 'till the end couldn't go to his lair and really match up with him, then 2003 turtles in the end of season 1 just smacked him. Yeah, that was epic and hard, but whatsoever. Shredder 2012 conquered New York with krangs, killed Splinter like... 3 times, never was defeated by turtles themselves 'till the end of season 4. And what did Shredder utrom? He u-h... Yeah he did very cool apperiance in "Shredder strikes back" and his first met, season 3 finale, but he didn't really did something monstrous like Shredder 2012. He wanted, yes, but didn't. And some short flashback from utroms, where says what Ch'rell was woah some cool terrorist, he was a reason of some wars never will change my mind about him as a villain in series 2003. Shredder 2012 was the goddamn reason why Triceratons just destroyed the entire planet in season 3 finale. He had good motivation, backstory, drama and just was more worked out as a real character and compelling villain.
