I hate that people clown on TMNT03 just because of Utrom Shredder. Sure he was more of a mix between Kraang and Saki but he definitely nailed his job as the overall antagonist. Not to mention we did get to see Demon Shredder and Cyber Shredder as both his predecessor and successor as well as coming close to winning in Turtles Forever
I think it's stupid people consider 2003 Shredder garbage just because he was an alien. He sucked mainly because he was usually defeated rather easily despite the fact he's supposed to be martial arts master.
In comparison, Bishop was never properly defeated despite Splinter making him get hooked and I guess he tore lower body half while escaping.
Arguably one of the Strongest Shredders and a pretty fresh take with the Character.
If memory serves, in most cases where the Turtles took on the Shredder and *survived,* it was because of luck or him playing with his food, and it wasn't until later in the series that they could take realistically take him on at all.
The definition of absolute extreme megalomania and pure evil. Say what you will,but 2003 Utrom Shredder (Ch'Rell) is the Shredder of all the Shredders out there. And *definitely* the best. Period.
The 2003 Utrom Shredder is the best version of him hands down and my top favorite villains of all time
Shredder 2003 is just like Heath Ledger's Joker - the best version of the character and when I hear mentions of this character, this guy immediately comes to mind, truly the main enemy of the turtles in the media !
Nah, 2012 and IDW Shredders are much better, this Shredder was empty wimp.
Chrell destroyed countless world's across the galaxy almost killed the turtles many times And was almost impossible to defeat. How the F he is a wimp?
@tayojones9460 yeah yeah, the one who destroyed worlds was stopped by water tower, pummeled by Stockman and defeated by amateur Leo who needed rest and a power of teamwork. The only one C'hrell was dangerous were Yoshi and Stockman and yet Yoshi was pinned to the corner when minions did all the work and Stockman wasn't afraid to snark at C'hrell at all even when becoming a brain in a jar.

@@CrazyGamerDragon64 Some shows, like TMNT are available on YT, there are YT downloaders. Ripping from DVDs is made with free programs, you can search the net. Recording can be done with O Cam or similar things.
