Thank you for this informative video. I have a question: is it possible to create some texture with clear tar gel? For example, will it maintain brush strokes after it has dried?
Hi Delores. Thanks! I think Walmart has one in the kitchen section. The nice thing about that one is that the cap is attached to the bottle so it doesn't get lost.
Hi I've just bought your book which is mind blowingly beautiful. You make gorgeous work look so easy. One point though why the music? I have a problem hearing I lost your words in the piano.
Hi Shoshke! You are welcome. Regarding part 1 & 2, the video combines both of these parts as I both explain the product and then demonstrate it in this one video. Part 3 will be how to use it in actual paintings
Thank you for scraping up the extra and putting it back in the bottle. Cheap Joe's has a video with a woman who is very carefree with the amount of tar gel she flings all over her large canvas. She also suggests gessoing a canvas four to five times! Evidently she's got lots of disposable income! SMH.
I am so glad I found this nice tutorial, TFS
I am delighted that you found it useful😊
great, extremely practical tutorial! Thanks for helping prevent all kinds of mishaps!
Oh I am so glad that you found it useful, Jenni. It is fun stuff but it can be contrary so I am happy to make the journey a little smoother! Thanks!

@Clayton Eden I would suggest FlixZone. Just search on google for it =)
Hair supply companies make squeeze bottles with very large openings that hair dressers use. A store like Sallys
