hey rafdhy.......go on dividing 25 by 2 and writing theirs remainder as the conversion of decimal to the binary.....as you have mentioned is the hex code......

how can a 2byte instruction hold an opcode and address coz opcode is 1 byte and address in 8085 is of 16 bits i.e. 2 bytes

0001 1001= 2^4+2^3+2^0=16+8+1=25 You are confused with binary and binary coded decimal(BCD) numbers.
