I'm quite sure it did. it was probably changed to what it is now later. I think it has to do with experimenting which title get's the most clicks. I have noticed it a few times with different channels lately
To make the electrical symbol for a racing mower all you need to do is take out the key cylinder and replace it with a push button switch next you completely bypass all the safety switches by connecting the ground wire on the engine to a push button kill switch which of course allows you to cut the engine off. Lastly if the engine has a solenoid on the carburetor that requires power to the positive side of the battery in order to keep it open to allow fuel flow, you install a toggle switch which is put to the on position to start the mower and keep it on while the mower is running. There are several mowers which do not have the solenoid on the carburetor so you wouldn't even have to worry about that if yours doesn't. Hope this helps someone.
Mike, I challenge you to learn to dive. A good progression could be doing few flips off a 6m diving board - I'll leave it to you to decide. Hope you accept :)
Just discovered your channel and have been inspired after binging countless videos tonight. ALTHOUGH when are you going to finish learning the backflip? I've seen many people train before and in terms of power and rotation ability you're above average. The only issue is technique. Watch any backflip tutorial and they'll all say the biggest factor is making sure you jump up high first with your chest up. If you watch back on your attempt you rotated wayyy to soon and never jumped up vertically. With correct technique you'll get it easy. Keep it up ;)

The sentiment at the end about the breakdowns, that holds true for most forms of amateur motor racing. You can race cheap lawnmowers, classic cars (minis, HQ holdens in Aus, etc.), budget friendly options like Excel cup we have here, formula Vee, karts, superkarts, bikes, production sports they all have reliability problems. If you ever spend time at a racetrack during a meet, just take a look around at how many people are frantically working on their machines. Then there are all the people who have no idea what to fix, those who couldn’t make it because they couldn’t get their car ready on time, those who leave early because they broke down. Yeah seems to me there are more people with mechanical problems that drivers who jump in and are ready to go.
I could imagine driving one of these as a daily. I have a 2005 Toro that I am working on, and I'm sure it will beat my neighbor's mower which he claims has "550 horsepower".
Racing mowers here in North America are a little more advanced. Basically, they're mowers crossed with go-karts here. The top level mowers use V twin engines and many of them make more than 100hp. Lower level mowers use pretty much the same chassis usually, just with less power. They do all start as lawnmower chassis, but they get modified heavily.
My home town used to have lawnmower races as part of their Canada Day celebrations. It was mostly farm boys who had done a bunch of work on their old mowers. Someone even managed to make an old push mower ridable and raced that. That one had a lot of roll-overs.
I built one of these a few years back by just pulley swapping a standard 5 speed tractor with the transaxle still intact. It was the single worst handling thing I've ever driven, 20mph felt like you were going to die.

You can achieve the same result by taking off the blade bit, and then swapping the front and rear pulley. Did it to my mower, and now it does 40mph with no money invested in a new fancy axel.
