I had a Clio 2 1.2 16v for 11 month here's my take on the Clio: It's a reliable car if you take care of it, mine had 269.000km on the clock and was running perfectly, the middle break light ( on top of the glass behind the car) might have an issue it's a known problem, it tend to break and the light does not work after, it's easy to change. The engine tend to work well at low RPM but get a lil' tired after 110kmh, it's quite noisy in the car after that and the RPM goes to 4k-5k, but it's great for city and off city it work very well on bend road. So here's the tricky part i will tell you, like i said i owned this car for 11 month, this year in July i had a massive crash with her, and i mean massive, a guy followed me like in the movie road rage, tried to ram me out of the road, crazy story i had the dashcam capturing it, i was on the phone with cops.. sheesh long story; but what i meant is.. We and i mean the other guy and i, collided at 90kmh i hit the back of his car quite hard, my car was totaled, no other word, but i had no injury, other than PTSD, and some back pain that stopped after a week The car is safe; and i mean shit i'm here you writing that so if you want my advice, Clio 2 is a nice starting car, it's fun to drive you can travel a lot with her, with the 1.2 16v she's drinking quite a bit on fuel but it's so fun to drive.
I have a 2001 clio 2 1.4 16v with 225 000 on the clock. It's reliable, comfortable, agile and quite peppy little car white no rust!!! I had it converted into lpg so using it is really cheap. Very successful little car!
Fajny filmik jak zawsze profesjonalnie i elegancko! Czy nagrałbyś filmik o Punto (wiem są już filmy na kanale Punto które też są świetne) ale nie było jeszcze wersji z silnikami 1.2 16V 80HP, 1.4 16V 95HP czy wersji Abarth 1.8 16V 131HP. Fajnie by było jakby pojawiło się na kanale :)
