I replaced the lower section with those metal cutout panels on one door years ago for the same reason. Love my dogs as well.

I put a heavy duty screen grate on mine. Still allows the air through.
Me too. Mine are actually bowed because of Corgis bouncing off them. Oh well😉😛
@@sarahr2498 I have an 80 lb pitbull and 3 Great Pyrenees doing the same thing lol. This is one tough screen door though. 😂
Good fix Jared, luckily these Labs are smaller so this will work. But the grate might last longer. Plexiglass fades in sunlight. - Eric.

We have had two sets of Labradors. Charlie past away, Henry is 15 and moving slowly. Andy and Spike are 1 yr. 😀

this didnt solve the jumping problem, the important thing is to teach them not to jump and scratch windows because eventually they can break it
