I think its more to do with the fact that drink prices are too high in bars/pubs/clubs now. People prefer to stay at home. You might do better streaming a online gig live. Tbh I don't care too much if no one shows up. If I have to work hard to promote it i probably would not perform anymore.

Hello guys, great work. I hope you grow your channel because the content is very informative and to the point. If you're open to suggestions, I'd love to know more about how you manage ads on TH-cam. I believe it's very powerful and the bigger artists are always on the recommended playlist, but a lot of smaller artists seem to not take it into account, because promoting on Facebook and Instagram is very easy to do. Also I know you are on Reddit (where I found you) and you've talked about posting your music there (which I'll do), but any tips or ideas on how to actually advertise there? It's an incredibly big potential audience but also can be a tricky community that can either launch you or bury you depending on how you sell yourself. And one more because I'm a pain in the ass: do you believe it's better to promote posts (FB, IG, YT) or to create ads? How much would you say it's the minimum budget for an ad let's say daily? Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much, really glad you are enjoying our content! We'll be creating a TH-cam video on running and monitoring social media ads soon, so keep an eye out for that. Reddit ads aren't something we've done before so will have to look into that. In regards to posting, we'd suggest joining the community initially, engaging in conversation and then sharing your music but make sure to read the rules first! We'd 100% suggest creating content and building your organic engagement first, especially on Instagram. The organic reach on Facebook is now around 3% so it's not really worth it but on Instagram it's SO easy to do and I uploaded a video explaining this just a few days ago. Hopefully it'll be useful for you! Your budget depends entirely on what you're promoting and your call to action. We'll also include this on our social media ad TH-cam video, so make sure to subscribe and turn on that bell!

There isn't a specific amount but minimum spend for retargeting with multiple pieces of content is about £500
