Este tutorial es la Parte 1 del tutorial, pronto traeré el tutorial para hacer el fondo de este estilo, pero como el video se hizo muy largo lo hice así. Todavía no tengo 400 subs pero pronto tendré.
Intenté lo mejor que pude para que se entendiera y pues bueno, espero que haya salido.
Cada bloque tiene aprox 50 - 250 objetos.
Espero que lo disfruten y se suscriban, para ahora sí, traer la parte 2 del tutorial, el tutorial para los fondos.

I am sorry, I'm actually busy with some other stuff so I can't do that, but keep trying and experimenting with stuff, I used to struggle at decorating basic stuff but after trying many times I can do it easily because of that so don't give up and keep trying doing levels by yourself, and good luck for it :)

When ever I put blending on a glow object over a solid object the solid always overlaps.
Things i learned:
1:add unnecessary details that just looks good
2:add GLOW for each details with either glow lines just normal glow or just the circle glow
3:add unnecessary bumps
im gonna make the next mythic with this tutorial

Making big glow with low opaccity in the structures to make them like glowy and maybe sometimes with better deco quality
I also try to make other colors or doing a only color to everything

You have a bad glowuse.
It seems to me that there is no point in discussing how important this skill is for a creator; Glow can be compared to spices in cooking: if you add too little, you’ll end up with bland feces; if you overdo it, it will also be impossible to eat; this is what distinguishes a good creator from a bad one. Well, let's finish with the introduction and get down to the actual tips for use.
Layering
Often, glow balls do not have the most convenient and suitable gradient, so it makes sense to layer them on top of each other, otherwise many end up with what is popularly called soap. It’s all very simple: layer balls of different sizes and brightness and achieve the gradient you need; in addition, you can diversify the glow with different shades; the technique, although quite obvious, is universal.
Blending
Many creators seem to forget that blending is not necessary to use when adding a glow (except for the shadow) and thus lose a lot. Glow without blending is extremely useful when creating filters, glitches, or a fog/swamp atmosphere, and these are just the most obvious ways to use this feature. In general, don't be afraid to turn off blending and experiment.
Endless Possibilities
A rather strange name for a section at first glance, but now I’ll explain everything. I already mentioned this in the second paragraph, but it seems to me that it is worth paying more attention to this: experiment in using glow, no matter how trivial and naive it may sound, but many creators are marking time, forgetting that glow is a skill, in the perfection of which has practically no ceiling, which is why I compared glo with spices: you can fry/boil/stew chicken really well, but without the interesting use of spices and marinade you will not make any progress, only in comparison with cooking, which has been studied along and across and in many ways everything has already been invented for you; creativity in the city is an unplowed field. Don't forget that glowuz is not some stage in your journey as a creator that you can simply learn and go through, it is a tool that can be improved endlessly.

Maybe it has low opacitty, or its color black and blending or it can be a trigger issue that have your level
If not you can try to place another glow in a random color except black and then add blending
