It was on Amazon Prime but no longer. I use a VPN which allows me to select whatever location I please, so I selected UK and now I can watch. Gotta love technology
Only kids watched this..which made it a cult fav and short lived...had it stayed like the beginning ...a gothic soap but not vampire stirys ..it would have lasted much longer! I loved the beginning year...but when barnabos came in...it should have been a 6 month story and moved on..but became a cartoon for kids..but hey thatz ok as well the kids still love it to this day!!
I heard a podcast about Dark Shadows recently. The original storyline had lost audiences so it was due to be scrapped after the first couple of seasons. Having nothing to lose the guy in charge decided to introduce a vampire character because he'd always fancied the idea of making a vampire movie and it no longer mattered to ABC as they were terminating the show. anyway Against all expectations it then started gaining a new audience and the rest is soap opera History.
