    This fool will never be like Hakeem. Because Hakeem actually worked towards a championship. Not to mention that Hakeem doesn’t flop nor cry for fouls.

      Yo, this comparison is pretty fair. Check out the numbers in the video, and don't forget to give it a thumbs up 😉

      @@BasketballHeadlines Here, let me write down the numbers:
      Rings
      Hakeem - 1 ring without an all-star teammate. Another 1 ring with Drexler.
      Embiid - Never made it past the 2nd round of playoffs.
      Defensive Player of the Year awards.
      Hakeem - 2
      Embiid - 0.
      MVPs
      Hakeem - 1
      Embiid - 1 x MVP, because the voters couldn't take his whining no more.
      Scoring titles
      Hakeem - 0
      Embiid - 2 x scoring champ, shooting the most free throws in the NBA during those seasons.
      Games played per season
      Hakeem - 69
      Embiid - 43.

    I don’t think people will be going to embiid for footwork lessons when he retires for 20+ years. Also Hakeem wasn’t a massive b***h like Joel

    Embiid is 30 and you have the audacity to say he's at the early stage of his career? I'm not saying it's over for him, but he has struggled with injuries his entire career. Yes, he does have the skills to adapt as he loses his athleticism. However, a large part of his game relies on his physicality. I have severe doubts that he could continue being a number one option on a contending team if we were to decline physically. Admittedly, I do not like him; but I think objectively he has no clutch factor. In terms of getting the job done when it counts most, he has shown time and time again that he is leagues away from Hakeem. Blame it on injuries or whatever other excuse, but I have no faith that an Embiid led team will ever accomplish a championship.

      Embiid is so physical, that he can almost play half a season sometimes. He would dominate the injury list in the 90's.

    • @marksines1246
      @marksines1246 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@penkima4923 he wouldn’t be injured in the post oriented 90’s, aside from less competition the game was slower and pick n roll to force switch isn’t a thing much

    • @PercAngle3
      @PercAngle3 12 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      You think embiid won’t be injury prone in a different era? That’s gotta be the most dumbest take ever. If he’s always injured in a soft league, what makes you think he would be healthy in a rougher league? Look at how many dominate centers were in the 90s and still got zero championships. The only era i see him dominating is the 60s - 70s era 😂

    • @marksines1246
      @marksines1246 12 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @ lol 90’s was a watered down weaker era, they got big man that rodman can defend, it was slower and not much switching, emmbiid would be ok staying on the paint against bruisers rather than bigs that can shoot that he has to defend outside, it was way easier for big man specially in the 90’s
