It makes so much sense to be kind to yourself! What great advice. I love the reflective element the book seems to bring about as well; how can you change before first recognizing your motivations, etc? yay! good stuff

I really need to minimise phone use in the bedroom, but I use it for my alarm so not sure I could move it out of the room like you did! Congrats though, you did so well 😊

Ooh that's tricky. You can buy some pretty cheap bedside alarms which might be worth it! -Emma

Spooky - I was eating a packet of crisps after deciding not to go to the gym as I was watching this and then you said the exact thing I did! Definitely keen to try this though, makes tackling hard stuff seem more achievable!

Emma you look STUNNING in this video! So great you felt such a good change from implementing her advice into your life. I'd have a problem with this as I film with my phone and use it for the time etc... haha

Amazingly topical - again! This book should be prescribed reading for all school pupils. (Not to mention all adults!)

I want to give this to everybody in my office but if they'd read it at school it would have saved me a lot of angst!

I love this idea- I just seem to always stop after a few days. I never get into the habit of stuff like this lol

Can't wait to try these exercises!! I read Willpower Instinct by Kelly McGonigal last year and found it really interesting but seems like this has more practical solutions... :)
