I just found out about this power wagon recently, I sussed out from the pics, it pivoted in the middle, like a piece of plant equipment. Picking up the details about the opening parts etc, makes all the difference knowing exactly what you are buying before you get it, so that a big plusto people like yourself that show open cars, without it, you could easily buy a ar you dont want.
I had to get the Tradesman van myself, as I believe its the best 1:64 van ever made, before its creation the Racing Champions mint chevy van held the title with opening back doors(maybe slightly bigger than 1:64) and I am lucky to have four of those too. I dont hold a RLC membership yet, but I do pick up the occasional not to missed release, like the De Tomaso, I would like the Blue Countach, but I have lots of them already, I cant justify another, as I already have plenty with opening parts, at larger scales. I respect the fact you have the bottle to open your diecast, no matter their cost, as I do the same, I will lookout for your videos going forward.
i always see people opening RLCs from the back and having a hard time, some people even use scissors but how about just ripping it open from the front like every other mainliner. It's much easier, but great video regardless and i prefer the green lambo over the blue one, but the red and black one is even better😄

@@PeakTimeRacing You can open them from the front. I am a member if you are wondering. I have opened several of these and you don't need to use such a difficult method. The blister just blends in with the black backing. The plastic on the back is a separate piece.
Hey Phil @Peak Time Racing, Great review of HWs RLC castings. My favorites that you opened are the 2021 Ford Bronco Wildtrak, Dodge Tradesman, 1952 Dodge Power Wagon, and 1990 Chevy 454 SS. I don't have an RLC membership, but I was able to get the '21 Ford Bronco Wildtrak as a trade. It's stunning! Be well!
Opening them is what they are for, its daft keeping them in their packets, just in case you sell them in the future, it defeats the purpose in my opinion and any real collector, does not mind buying opened cars from another collector, as they are as good as new, 9 times out of ten and even if they have a little damage it still tells a story and does not negate their value.

I bought mine at its launch date and dont think it was hard to get tho both blue and orange one.
Thank you for such a detailed and great quality close up video. Have you bought the RLC membership now? because I feel like you will save a ton more money that way.
I just got a RLC membership this year and have already ordered the Mustang, Monte Carlo and Jaguar E-type. I will open all of them at the end of this year for a video.
you can just use the acetone method or cutter method to preserve the blister and the card yk, without damaging them, it's also nice to preserve and collect mint cards
