Back when I was young I use to go and sell stuff at the Belair Flea market in Detroit with my Dad and Uncle and go junking it was a blast and you bring back great memories of those times.
Found the dog under "cobalt blue dog covered dish" found 2 dogs+ 1 cat all in cobalt. 2 dogs were 100+40. Cat was on etsy for 35. An antique store had a cobalt dog and said it was mosser. The other three didn't name a maker. I'd hate to quote a name unless I saw it in a book you know? The internet is just ppl typing lol. But imo it's either cambridge, maybe mosser or could be deggenhart or a "collectable" maker instead of a "dinnerware" maker. like a figurine maker one off.
