      he has said before that he doesn't really know how to act seriously like that, like he used to pretty much only do comedic characters or 'fun' characters and he honestly thought he was the wrong person for hank is season 5. Obviously he is wrong because his acting is the best in season 5

      Acting is definitely far more "real" than the general word around the campfire makes it out to be. The emotions are genuine. At least... they are when the actors are worth more than the price of a cheap beer if ya know what I'm sayin'. And the cast & crew of BB and BCS are CERTAINLY fine, rare, well-curated spirits... if ya know what I mean. 💪😎✌️

Knowing they've done 100s of these together (well how ever many episodes they've done table reads for) and she can still be moved by him and the fact that he can go to that place even during a table read...hell once Bryan turned and fully engaged with him reminded me that these two are an actual iconic duo. What a show

      He had to have experienced a really traumatic event in his life to be able to pull that off because it's very believable. When he's sobbing here- he's thinking about that event. What an amazing actor. And brave for being able to go back there and face it...especially in front of all of your peers.

      And it helps to think of something that helps you cry. Be it a traumatic or happy experience of your own or injustice of the world for example. For example i can cry on command thinking about the memories with our dog that we got when i was 7. Surfacing your emotions like that is not a handstand, humans are not machines.

    The script is written in a super interesting way, it's less robotic than most scripts I've heard or read (not that I've heard or read that many) and includes a lot of reflection from the narrator or reader of the script. Pretty cool.

    Goddamn, the most talented group of actors I've ever seen
    I thought just Betsy playing Lydia would be the highlight, but holy fuck Aaron went ALL OUT. Literally the only thing I'm disappointed about is Dean not putting in the energy we see in the show lmaoo
    Also I'm so sad after the Walt and Jesse talking scene that no one gave Aaron a hug lmaoo, I know its just acting, but like we saw in the Anna Gunn "Walt kidnaps Holly" scene this shit becomes very real for the actors very fast.

    26:00 Phenomenal performance by Aaron Paul even on a table read. The emotion, the aliveness, the pureness ...If you look up close to his head at 26:10 , you can even see his veins popping up! Every time I see him I sense this feeling...that this person I am watching on my screen is truly alive and emotional, fragile but also so strong, really makes me feel relatable to him and also hope that there are more people in the world truly as alive as him... Absolutely beautiful ❤👏

    It's so weird seeing Anna and Aaron having a good chuckle and exchanging smiles when in the show there is not a single scene with the two of them where Skyler isn't staring daggers at him and Jesse isn't wishing he were anywhere else but in front of Skyler.

      The only scenes they even had together that I can remember are the one in the first season where Skyler tells Jessie not to sell pot to Walt, and then there was one in the last season when Walt asks Jessie to stay for dinner and Skyler starts acting like a crazy person at the dinner table. Did they even have any other scenes together other than those two?

    As problematic as Skyler and Walt's marriage was, it was REALLY cool seeing them function as a crime-couple. That moment where they describe her as "Mrs. Heisenburg", holy shit, yes. Would've killed for a season of them dealing drugs and getting along.

    This is a situation that I absolutely hated in in elementary school and high school - reading out loud among others. I'm glad to see that some people are able to do this without being nervous. I guess I just have crappy social anxiety.

      @@megaskyburst I've seen lots of documentaries when actors got their first big break on a huge set and they were extra nervous, fumbling with things, etc. Just like the big music artists, they don't necessarily just "get used to the people" just because they get famous.

    If you notice, after Aaron’s emotional scene, Brian looks at Aaron with such admiration as he knows he’s also an insanely talented actor. Brian really does admire him. Cool to see!

    Wow I never noticed the connection with Badger's Star Trek fan script before, how that scene comes right before he decides to give all his money away. Like that was it, all the murder and mayhem, he could live with that: but hearing Badgers awful fanfic is what finally drove him over the edge

      20 years ago, I saw a really good series. And now I got two series I love alot. The name of that series is Omerta. They used 4 languages. Italian, English, French and Spanish. You got a lot of complot, you got corruption, infiltration, one cup become a junkie, the history is happen in Montreal and international, you will see Mafia,Bikers, and Cartel and a nice history of love between a daughter of a mob and a chief of the Police. Really good stuffs and you can see that on TH-cam and free. I watched again on TH-cam 6 years ago. I hope is still there.

    No one told him, but Aaron Paul still cried in front of everyone without caring what anyone thinks about him. I think that's one of the most important qualities of being a great actor, he definitely deserved the Emmy award.
    I also noticed that Aaron paul cried more here than he did while the scene was actually being filmed.

    All this shows me is how intentional their facial expressions are when they are acting. The fact that they are able to read the lines without making the same facial expressions really opens my eyes

    Aaron Paul is such a phenomonal actor, I actually can't tell if he's bored or if he's channeling the way he wants Jessie to look and sound during the actual take, I'm leaning towards the latter because of the way he would look over at Bob like @20:17 the yawning and eye rolls are exactly like he does it with Jessie in the actual episode, I love that.
