Just wondering, if someone is willing to pay the $2000+ a month for rent, is it still hard to find places or is just crazy competitive because people are looking to pay under $2000?
Is there any slightest possibility that I can find an apartment or a basement or a room (not in Victoria, coz I know the prices) in central saanich, Sidney, north saanich or any communities near UVic?
Hi Vikas, there are rentals in those areas but I dont think the prices are much better. In the West Shore (langford, colwood, sooke) it is a bit more affordable but the commute to Uvic is longer. Try View Royal or Esquimalt?
Please add more video on Victoria . Lot of people are fed form Vancouver and wants to move to Victoria .
Love the videos Ira!
Really helpful
Would you recommend any reliable rental companies?
