I wish Miyeon were treated like this in their current songs. May it be a bside, may it be a title track. I don't care. I just want her to have the most lines more often. She's the main vocal for a reason.
It is mainly because in this song Soyeon only took part in rap making, not the producing. Company-chosen songs tend to have insane range even for a trained vocalist (which ironically showcased Miyeon's capabilities as a singer well). Soyeon's songs barely go out of comfortable range of (G)I-DLE members.

People rarely talk about Gidle discography im general and thats sad because its very solid. Their last album I BURN is literally one of the best releases im 2021 but people choose to ignore it
@@pau0957 it wasn't ignored in korea though, all their bsides charted really high on the melon charts (moon and hann did the best iinw). And recognition in korea was really what got them their triple crown this comeback so I think they're gradually getting the recognition they deserve :)

Ok but like at this point that excuse is getting old. It is Soyeon’s job as a leader to push Shuhua and help build her confidence. I understand she is insecure in Korean but I’m a little concerned over how bad its getting. I mean she was able to sing Lion, she had a whole verse so what is going on. If it was because of her Korean, they would have had Shuhua sing the Chorus in Hwaa since it is just one word and pretty easy to sing
In hwaa she says like 2 sentences, she's been in korea for 5 years now.

In Lion and Omg Miyeon and Yuqi pre chorus were the hardest part and Minnie's high note was because she is one of the main vocalist. Second, Soyeon and Minnie is also "main" in something. About Soojin, her lines are usually a normal verse, which are easy to sing. So that means nothing.
