Quick & Easy Dinner + Berry Cocktail Recipe

Here is my rendition of the famous New York Chopped Cheese without the New York. I threw a couple of things in my refrigerator together during a refrigerator clean out & accidentally came up with what we will call the “Alabama Chopped Cheese” for lack of originality. I also used some fruit to make the perfect cocktail for my night of self care. Enjoy!
