Canning Turkey - Prepping for future meals

It is time to start stocking the pantry with not only the essentials but also ready to go, easy meals. We have missed having shelf stable meat throughout the summer and are very happy to have some stocked up again.
During the holiday season we picked up some turkeys when they went on sale and have now processed them into some home canned turkey and broth. We will utilize these in the upcoming months as things start to get crazy for us again. This winter downtime is perfect to plan and prepare.
