It's worth looking into for helping people protect their rights when being stopped by the police. Imagine if everyone had a tool like that in their car. Police hate having to answer questions and providing information. Not a permanent solution, but it is something that can empower people. Most people don't know the officer's badge or car number. These officers don't learn, do they? Why did they think the people would accept such behavior? The police union needs to be individually tarred and feathered. How can they say there is no policy against what they did when common decency would dictate a far different handling of the situation.
