I'm so glad I bought this a few months ago, just in case! I just got done using it for the first time a few minutes ago to remove one letter of Siser Easyweed Stretch vinyl that somehow pressed in a weird way. I only had to put just a little bit and it came off immediately and easily! In my case, there was no residue left behind. Mine is # 1020, the one in the video is # 1018. To me, it smells like rubbing alcohol, but the smell went away very quickly as it dried. I can't smell it at all now! I love this stuff! I am still fairly new to using heat transfer vinyl, but now I can feel 100% confident when I make shirts for my customers! The shirt that had the issue, was one that was brought in by a customer too! So replacing it would not have been that easy, versus if I had supplied the shirt myself. Thank you for this product!
Thanks for the demo. Do you have to wash the garment that Albachem solvent was used on before wearing? Will it cause skin irritation if you do not wash?
No, you do not have to wash the garment after using VLR, however you should allow the product to completely evaporate before wearing it. Thanks for your comment!
