LG Autonomy: Gov Makinde Constitutes Consultative, Advisory Committees

Following the judgment by the Supreme Court granting financial autonomy to Local Governments, Governor of Oyo State Seyi Makinde has constituted committees to review the judgment and provide feedback within four weeks.
Commissioner for Local government and Chieftaincy matters in the state Ademola Ojo made this known shortly after an emergency meeting with the governor in Ibadan.
