first impression, It Sounds like melodic Techno, not Dub Techno. First, the sounds (nether drums nor bass or other melodic elements) doesnt match with the typical sounds of Dub Techno, i miss the slow melancholic deep feeling (it means not false tempo). And second, the important "random play around" with delays and filter are missing too. But as base for a melodic Techno track you did a good start.
