The only foolish take (otherwise great podcast) - Mo acting like, “what do they do if Brown does well at RT and the offense is humming, what do they do w/ Mims”? Duh, he sits, he heals, he learns, he prepares. Mo, what a dumb take?

Follow the original plan 😂 dudes supposed to take a year that’s why they signed Trent to begin with

Yeh, huge problem if we have two capable tackles..if brown stays healthy!

it is such a fill the air argument because there is no actual argument. There was a plan and so obviously they will follow that plan.

Forgot to mention Matt Lee and how he looked in the preseason opener, looks solid and was getting reps with the 2’s on Monday

Trent brown was brought in for 2 reasons first so bengals could drafted the best players available and not be strain too take a tackle next is 2 be the starter so whoever Cin's drafted if being a tackle didn't have 2 B rushed out on the field

Jackson Carman might have been rated a 5 star recruit while at Fairfield HS but he wasn't even the best player on that team. Malik Vann used to whoop his ass in practice ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Without Browns injury history I’m guessing he’ll go down above the time Mims gets healthy.

At what point is it a coaching developmental issue instead of the player just not being good enough.

At what point do they look at Frank Pollack and see that he may be the problem??? Personally I think he struggled the past few years, the O line has been ok at best and our run game has been all but absent. Maybe look for another O line coach who is hungry and can bring something els. I think Frank and Carmen both gotta go and both worn out their welcome

I hate 2 see Mims hurt with his injury history it's not a good start 2 a NFL career Mims will forever be linked to the tackle steelers drafted and all the other players Cin's past on too take him i just hope this doesn't become another Carmen availability is the best ability sometimes there's no comparing Mims 2 Carmen it's not even close Mims is the better player

I don't see improvement from carman an i don't know why bengals waste anymore time on him ether FRANK POLLACK can't develop players or carman just isn't good

Mimms was NEVER gonna start week 1… Mimms is a project and is a good back up. This was NEVER a competition. If you think Mimms was drafted to be started day one then I’m sorry but you’re sadly mistaken. I get the hype but be real with yourselves he was never gonna start day one this season

Going down memory lane Carmen worse than Rod Jones, Bobby Hart, CedO, and IPrince ever were. The only one worse was the other Michael Jordan who got Joe killed. While Trent Brown seems to be conjuring up memories of Sam Adams, James Harrison and Lael Collins. We are in a disaster situation at ot relying on 2 rts with injury history protecting $270mill. Gotta bring in a street vet and theres some names still out there that can probably...or maybe hopefully save the season.

Making too much out of Brown easing into football shape as a vet. All vets, good ones anyway, know what it takes for them to be ready to go and simply don’t need anything more than that. His productivity has been solid every year for the last several as a guy on an island locking people down. Mims’ injury is more concerning. Out for a few weeks after playing 2 series in your first pre season game. Really? That’s pretty soft.
