I might get this for my new rig, I haven't played X-Com in years but it doesn't seem as hard as Apocalypse, which kicked my ass as a kid.
Especially since you can make your own soldiers.
Are Psychics in this game to use? Do you also fight humans, like cultists?
No normal humans, Xcom 2 had that with an expansion.
Im pretty sure there are physic soliders.
Psi Operatives are available after research and building a Psi Training facility.
