Sweet Potato Cake 番薯糕 🍠 - simple, very delicious, very fragrant & super soft pastry 很香非常美味简单 超级软的糕点

Sweet Potato Cake_Ingredients:
Sweet Potato - 400g
White Sugar - 60-65g
Tapioca Starch - 110g
Water - 170g
Water 170g: pour out 1/2 tablespoon for later use
Sweet Potato 400g: (any kind of sweet potato/any shape is fine)
1. cut into large pieces + peel + cut into slices + wash it
2. prepare a pot + bring the water to a boil on high heat
3. put the sweet potato and steam for 15mins on high heat
4. put the sweet potato into the blender
5. add Water 170g
6. blend the sweet potato into puree
7. pour out sweet potato puree
1. add White Sugar 60-65g to stir well
2. add Tapioca Starch 110g to stir well (slowly add the flour while stirring)
3. add 1/2 tablespoon of water to stir well
4. prepare a container + pour some oil to apply to prevent sticking
5. pour the sweet potato powder slurry into the container
6. shake the container a few times to make the powder slurry even
7. prepare a pot + bring the water to a boil on high heat
8. put the container and steam for 15mins on high heat
9. let it cool for 2 hours
10. demould + cut into pieces
番薯糕_材料：
番薯 400克
白糖 60-65克
木薯粉 110克
清水 170克
清水170克中倒出1/2汤匙的清水备用
番薯 400克: (什么 番薯 + 形状 都可以)
1. 切大块 + 削皮 + 切片 + 洗干净
2. 准备一个锅开大火水烧开
3. 放入番薯开大火蒸15分钟
4. 把番薯放入搅拌机
5. 加入清水170克
6. 把番薯搅拌成泥状
7. 把番薯泥倒出来
1. 加入白糖60-65克搅拌均匀
2. 加入木薯粉110克搅拌均匀 (慢慢的一边加入粉一边搅拌)
3. 加入1/2汤匙的清水搅拌均匀
4. 准备一个容器 + 倒入适量的油涂一下防粘
5. 把番薯粉浆倒入容器中
6. 将容器震荡几下让粉浆均匀
7. 准备一个锅开大火水烧开
8. 放入容器开大火蒸15分钟
9. 放凉两个小时
10. 脱模 + 切块即可
