- 黑白芝麻中含有其他常见的营养物质，搭配番薯营养十分丰富，
芝麻番薯糕，是很好的低脂肪、低热能食品，搭配椰丝， 口感柔软香甜，有益又好吃，
而且非常健康。
材料: Ingredients:
600克 黄番薯 - 600gYellow sweet potato
230克 黄糖 - 230g Brown sugar
25克 白芝麻 - 25g White Sesame seed
25克 黑芝麻 - 25g Black Sesame seed
300克 木薯粉- 300g tapioca flour
10克 沙谷粉 - 10g Sago Starch / Tepung Sago
100ml 椰浆水 - 100ml coconut milk
350ml 温水 - 350ml Warm water
一粒椰丝 - shredded coconut from one coconut
大火蒸煮40分钟
Steam for 40 minutes on high heat

西米是由棕榈树的树茎经过加工沉淀的粉类做成,煮出来透明透明的，口感QQ的，糯糯的。

Auntie Liew 😍 this is just like I made before n it was called番薯年糕。I would like to share with u my recipe.
500g sweet potato (cooked)
230-250g sugar (can be adjusted if sweet potato is sweet)
300g tapioca flour
500g thick coconut milk (1 or 1 1/2coconut)
A pinch of salt
Pour into a heated,oiled or lined with plastic sheet pan n steam it over medium flame for 40-45mins. I hope u will try it. 😅😍👍🙏

Nice. By the way, I followed ur salted duck eggs recipe. The eggs yolks turns out excellent n bright orange. Love it. Unfortunately, the store ran out of ducks eggs. From US n is very difficult to get ducks eggs.
