The charger actually sounds pretty good

I just can't share the enthusiasm for this sound. I've been putting off doing the exhaust on my charger because I haven't really heard any convincing combination of exhaust system. I'm an audio guy first and like my music loud and clear.
You can't hear it but I just got the same done and it's the best setup I have ever heard for a V6 charger. Mine sounds exactly like a v8

I'll never understand why the Chevy 3.6 can sound so much deeper and more throaty than the Pentastar.
And the Ford Cyclone 3.7 puts both engines to shame sound wise
@@jmc6000 I got a 3.7 mustang myself with just a muffler delete and it sounds niceeee, not 🍚, pretty deep for a v6 and real throaty with some backfire

Many factors. First is the firing order, compression, camshaft specs, combustion chamber design..exhaust manifolds...on & on...

QUESTION....What exhaust would YOU guys put on a 2014 chevy Silverado Z71 1500 5.3L Crewcab shortbed?
I am thinking the Borla ATAK exhaust dualed straight out back with tips.
Or a Flowmaster 40 dualed the same way.
I'm trying to search you guys videos for a truck like mine that you did so maybe I can get different options and hear it. Also I want the pipes to start from the Y, so the 3rd cat is eliminated plus that valve y'all were talking about. Would aure like to hear from you guys on this.

When you true duel, do you need an H pipe or X pipe?
A true duel is when you remove the x/h pipe
Technically no on a v6 but its really about what sound you want.
This one sounds bad, this set up usually sounds good.
That’s cause they deleted the factory x pipe
