focus on how the reference tracks balance the gain, stereo field, and eq. be wise and clever in how you use the limited amount of volume, space, and eq you have
i have a producer/mixer question...i have a mix which i'm pretty happy with but there is one section with a filter progression, just eqing out a lot of high and some low end, typical french house effect...and in that filter progression i get some nasty sounding frequencies....how can i solve this problem? ...right now only possible solution i'm thinking of is an on/off automation for an extra instance of soothe 2, just for that section
Hmm, I'm having a hard time imagining what you mean. Maybe you could send the audio/screen recording to our community Discord? Here's the link: discord.gg/NBBn7gDKU5

Changing ableton theme to darker in stage 2 is necessary?
Yes. Then your mix will be better

Eq curve could be too sharp causing resonance?
I figure either notching or softening the hi and lo cuts will solve the problem. Either that or your ears are lying and you need to take a break
bro why are you always in the woods...
Coz Poland is a very foresty place
I tried all the pills, they didn't help with mixing
i am the problem.
yeah you are
Lmao did you find that out by using a reference track
eh
editing is funny but the video is bad
Why?
@canoftuna4535 the whole video was just an add for his mixing course, we don't need a tutorial for a first 2 methods... they are so basic
@@nuladvajedan oh for real 😂. I didn’t even looked that far haha. Yeah that’s kinda lame of him
@@canoftuna4535 yeah lame af, by the way are you making music and what genre?😀
