About us:
After meeting in New Zealand back in 2017, Beth and Jake have travelled the world, working online and creating memories.
Beth left the UK in 2014 and has been travelling full time ever since, she is the owner of www.sheisthelostgirl.com and has a passion for writing and photography.
Jake has been travelling since 2016 and during this time has perfected his photography and videography skills. He is adventurous and has a passion for the outdoors.
Having lived in various countries around the world, we decided that instead of settling down, we'd build a tiny home inside a van.
We've never done anything like this before, we have no building experience, no electrical experience, and no plumbing experience.
This is a huge learning curve for us and we welcome you to join us in this challenge.

Wow the scenery at the start, its like your on another planet , reminded me of old country & western films....beautiful ......ah ur lil diddy wheel wedges....at least they wont weigh to much!! some i can barely lift !! yeah cassava root, cook it in my Ital stew.....they sell it on Birmingham Rag market, one thing for sure advice from south African lady told me, you are best to soak it at least over night and make sure you cook thoroughly as it has alot of cyanide and othe chemicals that can be toxic...so good tip to know ! Great video for park ups..IM gunna teleport me n my van there....theres no way im staying put til Boris's 21st June ..no chance :) big love ..you guys look sooooooo healthy...golden glows :) *X* ( oooh yeh 108 thumbs up....sacred no in yoga /hindu , for spiritual completion / wholeness of existence :) ! )
haha yes, we didnt think of the positive fact that they are so lightweight!! they do actually work too thankfully :) we tried them by taking the hand break off :)
oh wow we both didnt know that! we'll make sure we soak it next time! that sounds scary! we probably dont even cook them for long enough to be honest :O

Awesome video as per usual! One tip for parking on a slope.....leave the van in 1st gear...just remember to take it out of gear when you next start it

I am thinking of doing this in the next 2 years and travel so this helps a lot. Amazing tips! Do you also have to have a visa for different countries or struggle to get into some? I am from the uk and want to go to France than from there onwards. Thank you x
Hi :) thank you so much for watching!! :) If you're from the uk you don't need a visa in europe, unless you want to stay longer than three months. But thanks to the new Brexit rules you can only spend three months at a time in the Schengen Area. then you'll have to either go back to the uk or go to a non-Schengen Area county :)

Hey guys! Just wandering what your plans are regarding the new 90 day staying time in Europe, have you managed to get a visa or something I’m just wandering about all this myself for when we set off and how you’ve got around all the brexit dramas?
We haven’t! The 90 days only started on the 1st January so we have one more month out here before unfortunately heading back to the UK unless we change the plans to avoid going back and staying in a non Schengen country. Thanks for watching! 😊

I just checked the map over the states and it does work! It's not as comprehensive as in Europe as it's user input but there's still plenty of spots. It's a free app so definitely worth checking out :)

Thank you Lilly! We actually found it on eBay but since it was fairly local we went to see it. Once we bought it we took it straight to get it serviced and lucked out that it was in top condition 😊

Just one shot at the reservoir. All the other shots were on a gimbal which makes it seem like it’s flying. 😊
