    Im doing Dublin in November 1st timer. Im doing it for a charity (a local school for kids with special needs) my goal is just to finish and without injury. Im doing a doubles sim in a week or two just to see my weak areas .. im a slow runner and have been focusing on running the last while along with strength work. But some days im overwhelmed by the enormity of doing it as an individual. But i have ylto honestly say im finding your channel so inspiring and helpful. Ill get through it it might not be pretty but ill get there!!! Eeekkkkkk

      Just know your pacing will need to be a bit slower for a solo rather than individual, and if anything go even slower and build up into your Hyrox rather than going too fast then it all being struggle. Just remember, there's lots of other people just like you, doing it for the first time, and you've got loads of people supporting you on, everyone is so friendly and supportive. You'll definitely do it and you'll love crossing that line 💪

    The wife and I are doing Stuttgart in 5 weeks, I’ve only just started running properly again after 2 months out with hip/shin issues, plus she’s just had shoulder/bicep surgery 3 weeks ago so very little movement..
    Still determined to do the race however, it will probably be me doing all the stations and us both running!
    Going for the experience of the race day and to have fun just completing it, oh and a German beer or two! 🙌🏻

    Ive had doughts about doing Birmingham this week but its couse im really tired gonna take a week off training this week to recharge so thanks guys gonna go for it and try and beat 1hour 20!

      The weeks rest might be all you need, rest can do you the world of good. Fatigue masks fitness. The week to rest up, feel good and then push on for a great event at Birmingham 💪
