What a beautiful Mansion. I can just imagine all the fun you and your sisters and brother had. Great heart warming memories I'm sure.. Is the best of Is luck wherever you go.
Edith Mae Cummings was my grandmother. Her son Robert George was my father and grew up in that home when he was a child. He would tell us about the home and how magnificent it was. Unfortunately, Edith Mae was murdered by a former real estate associate in Dearborn. Thanks for the upkeeping of this home, it has great sentimental value.
I worked on the Castle House in Royal Oak on Connecticut St. It looks very similar to the home portrayed. Old houses looks cool, until you need to renovate/update. Then you pay the additional cost for owning that 103 year old home.
I just want to tour this beauty. I will pay to see this in person. It would be even better if it was a guided tour with the man in the video. Just make this house a historic site and turn it into a museum I think 🤔. It would be so sad if the new owner started renovating it and removing the character.
@@greeneyedwarlock882 50 years ago the arab population was a fraction of the current 60% of the total population. It doesnt matter how long they have owned the home. My position is that people who have seen the demographic profile change often sell their homes, regardless of how long they have lived in that home, because of those changing demographics. The changing demographics in Dearborn have influenced long-term residences to look for other communities to live. Therefore, white flight is something that is quite real in Dearborn.

Annnnnnd it never sold. Withdrawn from the market in the middle of January. BIG surprise. And that fireplace is HORRIBLE. The chances of ANYone keeping that house as original as it is are as good as trump becoming SANE.

How tragic! I'm sorry for your loss.
I feel depressed looking inside the house.
