+Ali Sheikh stfu bruh, the peoplpe are violent during derby days because they are very passionate about their club. im also from bulgaria and ive been to a game and i have see what the atmosphere feels like. its amazing, and their is rarely any violence unlike other clubs that have a few cases of violence nearly every game.
+In Free Pang in 4-5 years we will be there , with the new owner for the first time in the past 25 years , we have a guy with money and power who loves the club :)
This is sad. Sad for the club that gave the world such a legend like Hristo Stoichkov. I'm from Serbia and I'm Red Star fan club that also have huge financial problems for years, like every other club in Serbian league and region. I've been in Sofia and Bulgaria few times. This is result of football globalization by UEFA. Complete middle Europe, eastern and southeastern Europe football clubs are destroyed by UEFA CL competition system that allowed some very average clubs from western Europe (like Lazio,Roma,Valencia,Chelsea,Man City, Tottenham,Villareal...) to take part in CL even if they NEVER won a single national title (or just 2 or 3 titles in 50,60 yrs.) allow them to make extreme big money from UEFA CL so they can buy players from every part of east Europe and make their national leagues weak. While on the other hand UEFA kicked all others to play endless qualification rounds during the summertime where they can't make any money even if they are national champions. By that competition system UEFA directly cut the source of stable finance of eastern clubs and it's directly responsable for destroying clubs like CSKA Sofia, Sparta Prague, Slavia Prague,Levski, Red Star, Partizan, Hajduk Split, Steaua, Dinamo Bucurest, Ferencvaros...all the clubs are multi national champions. Last time when Red Star played against Lazio in LE,maybe 12-13 yrs ago we used to say that RS has more titles than Lazio euro competition games. And that is true. But Lazio won 3rd place in Seria A and goes straight to LS and get 20-30 milion euros just like that, while RS (or any other champions from Balkan and east Europe) won a championship and get huge dick in summertime UEFA CL endless rounds of qualification for CL UEFA killed the football and clubs in East Europe.
Teams from Eastern Europe were destroyed by capitalism, not UEFA. You can't blame UEFA, football is the only sport were all champions (including those from San Marino, Andorra...) can still qualify for Champions League. When teams you described lived in communism, players weren't allowed to move abroad so easily. Also Western teams couldn't have more than three foreign players, so West limited themselves with that rule. If Bosman ruling happened in 1950s, Eastern teams would never be strong as they were. No way Red Star or Steaua would won Champions League. If East was communist today, then strong teams like Dinamo Zagreb, Partizan, CSKA Sofia, Praha teams and others would be able to keep their players and they would be very strong today. In that case English, French, Italian, German and Spanish league would not be Top 5, maybe leagues like Romanian or Czech league would have two, three teams in Champions League.
+Gerasim Ganchev lesser known? Levski/CSKA has been a derby on my to do list for 20 years now, I'd say CSKA are a very famous club actually, up there with any of the big three in Russia and big two in Romania for sure!
***** If you've been wanting to see this derby for 20 years, then you've probably watched CSKA play in European tournaments (correct me if I'm wrong), but these times are over when they and Levski were the biggest Bulgarian clubs. Yes, they have the most trophies, but nowadays Ludogorets is the big club in the country and probably the only one that has an actual chance to play in the CL or EL. Chances are, the only CSKA kids in Europe know these days, is the Russian one. Young people just haven't heard of them because they don't play in big tournaments anymore. Besides, with they're current financial difficulties, and relegation to non-profesional football, they are nowhere near clubs like Zenit, CSKA Moscow, Spartak Moscow, Steaua, CFR Cluj (if these are the ones you are referring to) and they will need atleast 5 years to be a title contender again (in Bulgaria only way to get to the CL play-offs is to win the title).
Gerasim Ganchev I wouldn't even acknowledge Klausenburg as a traditional club, never mind a big one, to me the main two in Wallachia will always be the ones in the capital, Steaua and Rapid. My sons are 15 and 20, if I asked the older one to name me a club in Bulgaria I reckon he'd say CSKA. He knows his football history, as do many kids, so I think the big two in Sofia are far more on people's radar than you realise. I have always liked intense football rivalries and to me the biggest in central/eastern Europe is in Belgrade but after that the Moscow derby, the Sofia derby and a couple of fixtures in Poland are not far behind. I really want to get to Fradi/Ujpest this spring too as I'm very close to Hungary where I live.
***** You are right! I had no idea that people in other countries knew about the traditional Bulgarian teams and derbies! I'm only 17 years old, so I haven't watched Bulgarian football at it's prime, sadly. I've only heard stories about the 80's and 90's - the last decades of the golden era of Bulgarian football, all from my father, who is a life-long CSKA Sofia and Arsenal (London) fan. To be fair I've always been a Chelsea fan since I was 6, not that I don't love my country and don't respect the teams, but because I've always been disgusted by the way the government and the Bulgarian football association has treated the sport these days, and I just never got into Bulgarian football that much. It's a disgrace how the stadiums even in Sofia weren't be good enough to be even training grounds of bigger European clubs, how I read everyday about clubs not having enough money to pay wages, about corrupted referees, about richer teams paying to win matches. In Bulgaria you can't call it football anymore, it's more like a big moneymaking business. All of these reasons is why I thought that people don't know about (or have forgotten) Bulgarian teams, but you've proved me wrong, for which I will be always thankful!

Copa 90 fans all over the world as you can see this is CSKA SOFIA !! Everyone is against us the corruption is controlling Bulgaria but they cant win. We are the first team that is 3rd division and its going to win the cup . Cska Sofia is never gonna die !!!
This why we need a European super league so teams like CSKA don't need to rely on money from the champions league to keep them at their same level. It's happening too much to big teams in small leagues like Celtic, Rangers, Red Star, Panathanikos, Steua Bucharest etc.

Great videos from Copa90 about my favorite club! The only thing which left me surprised in a bad way is the guy(Vladimir Manchev) who mentioned some great successful players from our club like Berbatov forgot to say the name HRISTO STOICHKOV :)) Keep up the good work, guys!
For those of you who want to know the current situation now (2017) in CSKA here it goes: Cska has bankrupt and do not exist anymore since 2015. then 2 new teams emerged with the name. one is Litex-Lovech which renamed it's team to Cska-Sofia and moved to the capital Sofia and the other is Cska 1948, a brand new team which plays in in amateur football leages. This division is due to Cska fans not accepting the Litex team changing it's name to Cska and currently buying the rights to all the cups and league titles and the official logo which is not sold just yet. Then some fans created this new team called Cska 1948. Cska-Sofia, which now plays in First Bulgarian League has a bunch of players from Litex, including the owner and some coaching staff. In my opinion, Cska is a eastern-bloc-tumor, which should have never existed and was created by army communists. the real and oldest bulgarian teams are Levski Sofia, Slavia Sofia, Botev Plovdiv and some more. These teams represent freedom! Levski Forever!
Stilian Petrov, Martin Petrov, Berbatov were never part of the CSKA youth system. This team was establish by Bulgarian Communist party same way all Soviet contries with their army teams. CSKA Moscow, CSKA Kyiv, Steaue, Partizan, CSKA Tbilisi, CSKA Dushambe and etc. When they were under the wing of the comunist party they won their titles. They won only 5 titles after the comunist regime and 2 of them are right after the last days of that regime. It was normal this team to vanish. At these days there are two fake CSKA`s. One from Lovetch and one from Bistrica.
as a Ludogorets fan i fully support the authentic CSKA 1948. i wish them a quick return and destroying that psychotic madness called CSKA-Litex. it's a shame that UEFA has no stance on the topic. identity theft is a big crime!
Actually, the second European semi-final for CSKA is not against Liverpool. In 1982 CSKA defeats the legendary Liverpool who were the rigning champions and won in 3 of the previous 5 occasions in qurter-finals. In the semi-final CSKA played against Bayern Munich and in the first leg in Sofia led 3:0 by the 18th minute - a record that stays until today and Real Madrid failed to beat it by a couple of minutes 2 years ago when they smashed Bayern. However the match ends 4:3 for CSKA and Bayern wins 3:0 in Germany and advances to the final where they lose to Aston Villa.
Well, they have since died(insolvency) and a Bulgarian oligarch, who already had a team(Litex Lovech) merged with another team and moved his team to Sofia and called it CSKA-Sofia. They have a big budget and big expectations, but have only won 1 Bulgarian Cup since. You could have made a video about Levski now, but you chose these idiots.
Nope... CSKA "died". This club in first division is a "new club". Litex Lovech + Chavdar Etropole (two bulgarians clubs) are merged, and renamed to CSKA-Sofia. This new club is bullshit, and is not CSKA.
I visited Sofia last year, i am used to buy as souvenirs when i visit a foreign country, something relevant to football, shirts etc. I got disappointed by all the nazi stickers i saw in the team´s boutique.
CSKA is the best Bulgarian team, now we are going play in the Bulgarian cup final, after winning over Beroe Stara Zagora 2-0 for the second time. Beroe are forth in the Bulgarian first division. This means that we are still one of the best bulgarian teams, even playing in third division.
Ultras from Sofia came to Manchester when City were playing Valencia and started running riot. Apparently they wanted revenge for one of their fans being stabbed at a Europa match a few years ago. It's rather disgusting that they came to Manchester to do that but other then that they seem like a great club.
2020 CSKA is history now. So sad .. "още от дете, запали моето сърце, винаги ще бида верен, АЗ ОБИЧАМ ЦСКА! Полудявамеее, Ние сме армейците, Тази безгранична лудост, Никога не ще умре..."
and for me: not paying your dues for decades, while other clubs do must result in the situation that cska is in, not throwing them in the third devision would be a descrimination toward other "not as big" clubs, so this red scum team needs to pay what they own and win the third and second devision and then they'll have the right to play with the big boys
CSKA and Steaua... We will rise again one day, brothers!
I am from Bulgaria and thank you Copa90 to show the world that and we have football

Great videos from Copa90 about my favorite club! The only thing which left me surprised in a bad way is the guy(Vladimir Manchev) who mentioned some great successful players from our club like Berbatov forgot to say the name HRISTO STOICHKOV :))
Keep up the good work, guys!
I'm sure that this club will return to the top and be winning league titles just like Juventus' situation a few years back
i love teams from eastern europe, but they always have problems
respect, proper club
Stella Rossa!!
Same thing happened to Glasgow Rangers. We were put into the 4th division in Scotland for financial problems
Respect from your brothers from Steaua Bcharest! ARMY BROTHERS!
Stella Rossa!
Thank you for adding my favorite team in your videos.YOU ARE DA BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
И във "В" група пак сме на върха !!!!!
For those of you who want to know the current situation now (2017) in CSKA here it goes:
Cska has bankrupt and do not exist anymore since 2015. then 2 new teams emerged with the name. one is Litex-Lovech which renamed it's team to Cska-Sofia and moved to the capital Sofia and the other is Cska 1948, a brand new team which plays in in amateur football leages.
Respect from Ösk!
don`t worry 2016 we got the Bulgarian cup it was amazing !!!! CSKA FOREVER
Steaua Bucharest, CSKA Sofia, who's next ?
as a Ludogorets fan i fully support the authentic CSKA 1948. i wish them a quick return and destroying that psychotic madness called CSKA-Litex. it's a shame that UEFA has no stance on the topic. identity theft is a big crime!
Partizan-CSKA Sofia!
if this team refuses to die then what about pompey.debt free in 2014 after years of batteling with administration and near liquidation
My bulgarian team are Lokomotiv Plovdiv
Maybe it should
Kukoca za predsjednika!!
CSKA deserved Champions League 1982
We were so close to reach the finals in the 1967. We lost to Inter Milan
Само ЛЕВСКИ
65 goals for and 1 against after 16 games!? fucking hell
+shmickpingo1 It was an own goal :D
Its an own goal :D
Well, they have since died(insolvency) and a Bulgarian oligarch, who already had a team(Litex Lovech) merged with another team and moved his team to Sofia and called it CSKA-Sofia. They have a big budget and big expectations, but have only won 1 Bulgarian Cup since. You could have made a video about Levski now, but you chose these idiots.
вие сте Литекс София?
ЦСКА си е винаги било ЦСКА. Литекс не е ЦСКА.

They are back in the first division correct?
Yes we are back!
Nope... CSKA "died". This club in first division is a "new club". Litex Lovech + Chavdar Etropole (two bulgarians clubs) are merged, and renamed to CSKA-Sofia. This new club is bullshit, and is not CSKA.
Tears of Love comes out of my eyes! I FUCKING LOVE CSKA!
Why don't you do one about Carlisle United?.
This is not CSKA ,this is Litex. The real one is in the 4th division....Even UEFA and FIFA can say the same thing.
I visited Sofia last year, i am used to buy as souvenirs when i visit a foreign country, something relevant to football, shirts etc. I got disappointed by all the nazi stickers i saw in the team´s boutique.
This was the ultras's boutique
CSKA💯 GREETINGS FROM GLASGOW 🍀
CSKA is the best Bulgarian team, now we are going play in the Bulgarian cup final, after winning over Beroe Stara Zagora 2-0 for the second time. Beroe are forth in the Bulgarian first division. This means that we are still one of the best bulgarian teams, even playing in third division.
Our love to this club is better that all!!
come see BOTEV PLOVDIV, and you will learn what "a club that refuses to die" means ;)
+Цветан Чуканов Your city is beautiful, unlike your football teams.
They both are ;)
Stoian Stoianov Кои сте вие бе, смешко?
STEAUA - CSKA! muie diNAMo si lefsky!
Copa90,can i be in one video for CSKA?
Respect from STEAUA BUCHAREST (FCSB)
Ultras from Sofia came to Manchester when City were playing Valencia and started running riot. Apparently they wanted revenge for one of their fans being stabbed at a Europa match a few years ago. It's rather disgusting that they came to Manchester to do that but other then that they seem like a great club.
Защо си мислите че ви е виновен ББ, правителството или БФС че сте във "В" група?

2020 CSKA is history now. So sad ..
"още от дете, запали моето сърце,
винаги ще бида верен, АЗ ОБИЧАМ ЦСКА!
Полудявамеее,
Ние сме армейците,
Тази безгранична лудост,
Никога не ще умре..."
But its already dead
can u do FK Vojvodina
WE ARE BACK IN EUROPE WHERE WE BELONG!
Please go to Germany again :)
Make a RWDM video. :D
and for me: not paying your dues for decades, while other clubs do must result in the situation that cska is in, not throwing them in the third devision would be a descrimination toward other "not as big" clubs, so this red scum team needs to pay what they own and win the third and second devision and then they'll have the right to play with the big boys
