I like this very much, but to me when you talk about the MOAT model's business strategy section, you are not giving clear freemium vs free trial answers, just an overview of each..

Ok, what about a freemium product with a paid plan that has a trial?

Loved your walkthrough and models, but the framework calculation is not good. To simple to just sum up the points per category. Each category should be weighted differently based on importance. In this case a category gets more weight if it contained more questions (cause it simply sums up more points from that).
I believe it's better to first distribute 100 weight points to each category e.g. Market Strategy gets 35% of total weight, Ocean get 15%.... and so on. Then multiply category weight with score, but this score has to be out of max possible within a category.
Bit complex to explain in a video, but simply sum up like here might mislead to the wrong answer.

Absolutely agree that all categories of the framework shouldn't be weighted equally. We actually weight things differently in the Free Trial vs Freemium quiz we created that is based on this framework for some of the reasons you shared. Here's a link to checkout the quiz in case you haven't seen it: productled.com/quiz/
