26:02 you should have put green thread locker. That is a permanent thread lock. Blue one is anti-vibration. As you replaced rivets with screws SHOULD be used a permanent thread lock, that's the idea. Rivets being a permanent assembly. What grease (make) is that white grease?
32:32 no need to open the electric motor. Imagine how small is the probability that the electric motor to have brushes wear out... comparing with lets say windscreen wipers? Windscreen wipers are more prone to have their brushes gone because rain is falling more often... before the electric column of a car, that moves ones in while when drivers might swap the driving seat, which is rare comparing with wiper's motor.. that was almost a pointless work.. dismantle. Maybe greasing the mechanism is a good point.
There are smaller bearings on rolling bar that slides up and down on the rail, the boot of the car. E91, 2005 The ball bearing is 5mm OD, outside diameter.
