Even if he opened the door and they detained him all he had to do was literally keep his fucking mouth shut and let his lawyer deal with it. This is evidently shown by the prior react video Mr. Cow did to the lawyer who frees evil people. Could’ve gotten a lawyer to possibly dismiss the case or get some charges dismissed. But some people are different when it comes to pressure and stress. Unfortunate for this case.

that's what doomed the dude. Admission of even knowledge of doing a crime. Highest speed recorded was 90, dude admitted 140. Like RIP
and the cop played his cards right because they were just asking questions (which you can also not answer) before arresting him so they even didn't need to read his miranda rights.
But if you incriminate yourself then they can arrest you.
If he shut up they wouldn't have arrested him (they couldn't, they didn't have yet proof) and he could have had time to prepare. Call a lawyer, dispose of the bike and said it was stolen or that it wasn't him on the bike.

Had a friend run from cops after they got his license plate called off the chase. He ended up crashing his bike into a ditch. It was 3am so nobody saw it. He left his bike and started walking home. Next morning, cops knock on his door, ask why he was running last night. They ask to see his bike. He goes to show them and when it’s not there, he acts like it was stolen. Cops knew he was lying but they had no proof he was the one actually driving. He spent some time going to court, but never was never charged with anything.

Didn’t get caught, but paid thousands in medical bills and lost the zx6r I was riding. All to avoid a couple hundred bucks in tickets. Here in my area of Texas the cops normally don’t chase, so when I’ve been pulled over they just give me a warning simply bc I stopped for them.

I'll be honest. The "This is what you shouldn't do when talking to cops / he shouldn't even open the door/ don't talk to them / don't show them anything / etc." comments are one of the most cringe sht there is. Always trying to make the job harder for the police. If bro actually did something, we all should want it to be taken seriously and punished. I want to see you all saying the same stuff when someone drives 140 into someone / something you care about (same for selling illegal stuff and all other crimes. There is always someone who has to pay for them, usually innocent).
    Disgusting, cringe mentality 🤮

Running with plates on, leaving the garage door open with a covered motorcycle in plain view, coming to the door and confessing it all when he didnt even have to answer. How brain dead could you be? I mean if you're gonna break the law at least try to not get caught.
