A very very well made video. I am a guy who has been playing competitive serious since roughly BO4. And I completely understood the levels of comms that you were explaining. Awesome video JP
I certainly could’ve worded it better. It’s more so to make sure that those are not the only comms you are giving. If the only comms that you’re contributing to your team are those type of callouts, then there is room for improvement.
Those callouts are extremely important IF you have a teammate near you in a position to trade it. Calling out '1 shot couches, chall him ___' is a great callout. If you're fighting for last hill, and your team has already rotated, calling out '1 shot in hill' is pointless. It's more about understanding where your team is and how impactful those types of comms are. Sometimes they're absolutely necessary and will have a huge impact, sometimes it's just a waste of breath and clutters comms. It's a balance
Apologize if I was confusing, it’s more so to make sure that those are not the only comms you are giving. If the only comms that you’re contributing to your team are those type of callouts, then there is room for improvement.
Short comms are good, dont get me wrong. But the substance is most important, death callouts should be the absolute basics but we want to build off of that.
Try to understand when those comms will be impactful. If you have a teammate near you in a position to trade, for example, it's extremely important to call out. Especially when you can give them directions by telling your team when it's a good time to challenge the gunfight; 'he's absolute close right, chal it ___' for example. It can lead to a big gunfight win and have a big impact on the map. Often though, your team won't be close to you and won't have the ability to get the trade. If your entire team dies and is off spawn, then you get killed off hill, your team knows. Calling out '1 shot in time' is a wasted comm. similarly, if your team is all rotated, and you're holding time at last, those types of comms are pointless. It's about being aware enough of your teammates positions and the potential impact those comms will have in the game
Thanks coach!

So I shouldn’t always call out where the enemies are after death?

Do you offer 1 on 1 coaching. Im looking to get better during the offseason
#5 was kinda confusing. We shouldn't give short comms?

@@JPKrez much appreciated! I always thought shorter callouts were easier to process. Thanks for the tip
